If you go to the Store Search screen, you have 2 options:
On the first tab (Store Info), you can enter a store name or domain, and get info about that store.
If you want to find stores that fullfill certain criteria, go to the second tab (Store Search) and enter your filters, then click on “Find Stores”. You can sort the results by different criteria (like rank, age, estimated sales, average product price, etc).
